Katherine King is a New York-based singer-songwriter whose roots run deep in jazz, classical, and the Great American Songbook. Raised in a musical family, she made her debut at The Duplex in 2013 and became a regular at NYC's famed Chez Josephine, where she first performed her original work. She writes original music regularly that is soulful and cinemematic and often with latin dance vibes that are rooted in story. She has graced legendary stages from the West Village to the East End of Long Island to the jungles of Costa Rica. Katherine’s debut album is set for release in 2026 and is titled The Platinum Rule. Her songs in English include titles like Blindspot, Creed, Unhinged, Coming Home, Just Sing & I Love My Country. Her Spanish language titles include Las Olas, Amigos Escondidos, Que Lindo Dia and more.
